Whitefish Winter Classic |

Each year, approximately 18-20 NFL Players, University of Montana Grizzlies, and film celebrities contribute their time and participate in the Whitefish Winter Classic. In spite of the fun, the Winter Classic's sole purpose is kids. The event raises money to enable local children under 18 years old to access medical care. All monies raised go to a non-profit organization--For the Children, Inc., a 501C(3) corporation that disperse funds to Flathead Valley families whose children need medical care outside the valley, in Boston, Los Angeles, St. Louis, Salt Lake City, Seattle and Spokane, for example. The FSA once again will cook lunch for any and all who stop by. Since we are stationed on a section of Big Mountain, skiers and snowmobilers travel right by. This lunch is free to all, however we do accept donations. ALL donation go to the Whitefish Winter Classic. |

Although the snow might be melting and we are having to put away our sleds and starting to think about fun summer activities, please join us for one last meeting of the season. This is an important meeting as YOU will be nominating and voting on who runs the club. Of course we will have food. After this meeting we might not meet again until the summer camp out! |

As much as we all love snowcatting, most of us snowmobilers also love boating, camping, jet skiing, hanging out and oh yea good food! Have you notice yet how many times the FSA has provided you with meals? Your $10-$25 membership fee has give you 11 free meals throughout this winter season. The summer campout is no exception. All your water and soda for the weekend are provided by the club. We also have a wonderful breakfast Saturday morning followed by a barren of beef dinner. Won't you join us for a weekend of fun? |
